Every strategy signal becomes an opportunity with a lifecycle: CANDIDATE → QUALIFIED (trade-quality gates) → APPROVED (every risk layer, execution plan) → EXECUTED (entry filled), or REJECTED with structured reasons, or EXPIRED (approved but never filled). Confidence is an uncalibrated score.
